It’s a notable drop from her initial asking price, which sat just under $6.5 million when she listed the property in May. The sale concluded on September 8 after a pending offer fell through in July, leaving the transaction at a lower figure than expected.
A High-Profile Departure from Rancho Estates
The residence sits at the end of a long, gated driveway in the Rancho Estates neighborhood. Spanning roughly 11,500 square feet on nearly one acre, the three-story structure blends peaceful sanctuary with creative headquarters. Luxury amenities include a pool and spa, set against a backdrop of towering trees and lush landscaping that provides a layer of privacy often sought after in the area.
Inside, the layout prioritizes space and flow. The main level features a primary suite, while a second primary and four additional bedrooms are spread throughout the upper floors. High ceilings and airy interiors define the living areas, which include a formal dining room and a generous kitchen.
