Users must not engage in activities that interfere with the integrity of the design process or compromise the security of our platform. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: (1) sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to account data; (2) using the platform for purposes outside house design planning, such as commercial resale or public dissemination of design files; (3) uploading or distributing copyrighted materials without proper authorization; and (4) attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit system vulnerabilities. Any such activity may result in immediate account termination.
All design outputs generated through UPI House Design are subject to our intellectual property rights unless explicitly licensed for use. Users may not modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute design templates, software tools, or other proprietary content without prior written consent. Users must also ensure that third parties involved in their project (e.g., contractors, architects) comply with these terms and do not misuse platform resources. Unauthorized use of our tools for illegal or unethical construction practices is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all project data uploaded to the platform, including blueprints, material selections, and budget plans. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or misappropriation of user data resulting from user negligence or failure to secure their accounts. Users must immediately report any suspected security breaches or unauthorized access attempts to our support team via the Contact Us page. Continued violations of these terms may lead to legal action and financial liability.
